mfgtool p9.0.0_1.0.0-ga_tools can't be downloaded

Dear sir,

      I wanted to download the flash tool of android_p9.0.0_1.0.0-ga_tools.I downloaded from the nxp official web site,but it showed there was no file error.Can anybody tell me how to download the file

Please login to your NXP account and try downloading it from the following link. You should accept a software agreement license and then the file will start downloading.
