The package with BSDL files for iMX7D family contains only 2 devices (14x14 and 19x19), but what about the bigger ones?

For the test purposes I need a BSDL for iMX7D3EVK10SC which is BGA488 (28x28), can you please share it with me.

Hi @givcha

Based on the datasheet from the iMX7D family there are only two package types 12x12 and 19x19. Your given part number is a 12x12 package type.

IMX7D3EVK10SC

Part Series = IMX7D
Part differentiator = 3 (Baseline Feature-set)
Temperature Tj = E (Extended Cons -20 to +105 C)
Package Type = VK (MAPBGA 12 x 12)
Frequency = 10 (1 GHz)
Fusing = S (Security Enabled)
Silicon Rev = C (Rev 1.2)

Tell me if you have any other part number or something that I overlooked on your question.

Have a great day!

Oh,this is also a imx7d bsdl question. And I'm facing another question now. My mcu type is imx7d2dvk12sd , but I can't get anyresponse signal at tdo port except one clock period low .

@brian14 ,

thank you for pointing my nose to the fact that I missed)))! I didn't even try to look inside BSDL file for 12x12 device that I already have (thinking of balls value 12x12, not size in mm).

Thank you for help! The question is closed!
