Hello community,

We are using custom board based on i.mx8m-mini.

Yocto version :  Zeus-fsl-5.4.3-mx8mm-v1.1

while booting this error occurs : imx6q-pcie 33800000.pcie: PCIe PLL lock timeout.

in general PLL lock timeout can be caused by quality or reference clock
