i.mx6 with LPDDR2 having 2 channel mode

Hi,

I am planning to use i.mx6 with 16G bits DDR2 Mobile RAM(LPDDR2)

Organization

— 32M words × 32 bits × 8 banks × 2 ranks

Data's of 32 bits connected with i.mx6 processor  out of 64 bit data.

The renaming 32 bits are floated. My query is that can we connect like this or i.mx6 support only 64 bit 2channel LPDDR2.?

such connection also may be used.

MMDC supports LPDDR2 two channel x16/x32 memory types.
