i.MX8M Plus | General questions about ISP and NPU

My customer has started a design with iMX8M Plus and has the following questions about the ISP: 

1. About controlling the HDR –
1. Is it possible to switch between a 2-exposure line to a 3-exposure line?  
2. if it possible to control the HDR by SW on the fly?
3. Who controls the time delay between 2 exposure for instance?
2. 2-exposure and 3-exposure DoL/Staggered HDR? What does DoL/Staggered stand for?
3. About the Video encoding unit – According to the spec, the encoding is defined up to 1080p60 H.265, H.264, if it possible to upsize resolution to 4K and downgrade the fps to 15 fps?
4. The NPU unit can reach up to 2.3TOPS on int8, there is any performance numbers while using int16 precision?
5. Is there any benchmark documentation using i.MX8M Plus with SSD300/512/YOLO neural network using video (4k/1080P) as input?
