Hi,
i am located in Germany. Since a couple of days I am not able to reach the i.MX8 product pages on nxp.com. When trying to access the following link
I get the following error:
The page you requested cannot be found.
Possible reasons for missing pages, and what you can do:
I tried several connections (company LAN, mobile LTE), all show the same error. When I asked a Dutch colleague to try he did not have any problems, the page loaded flawlessly.
Other pages on the nxp site like i.MX6 work fine from my location in Germany.
Is there a region lock on the i.MX8 pages installed by accident recently?
Best regards,
Andreas
It's nearly two weaks now that the page isn't reachable. That's far too long.
@Qmiller What's the problem? How should customers use your products without having proper documentation? And no, it's not our responsibility to create a ticket. You are a the NXP Employee, so take care about the problem and forward it to the responsible guys.
Best regards

I am also unable to access the i.MX8 web page from germany. Will the access be adapted in the near future or is it necessary that I also create a dedicated ticket?
I created a ticket at https://support.nxp.com/s/, hope that is the SalesForce you mean
Hello Zhiming,
If you will give me the access to NXP's Saleforce, I'll create the ticket.
Thank you,

Same problem with me. Reported it to the NXP support and they say it may take few days before it is resolved
Interesting... I am also located in Germany, and I am also not able to reach this manual on the web page:
Could anybody from NXP explain why the document is not reachable???
Thank you,
Zee
