Our project need to set DDR clock as 200MHz on the iMX6Q board, but I find the DDR calibration stress tool can only support calibration between 300Mhz and 528Mhz. How can I calibrate the DDR parameter under 200Mhz DDR clock?

Hello,

200 MHz is relatively low frequency for DRAM, and calibration is not necessary.

Have a great day,

Yuri

Thank you for your reply, so I need to turn off the calibration when uboot startup? or just to ignore the DDR calibration parameter.

Thank you

You may find (or test) experimentally calibration parameters, setting manually,
which will be used  in Your boards.

Regards,

Yuri.
