Where can I find data on VDD_HIGH_IN current consumption?

I'm  trying to get an estimate of VDD_HIGH_IN current consumption for my application. IMX6ULLCEC specs maximum current consumption as 125mA. AN5345 (6ULL Prower Consumption) has a video playback use case drawing 18mA. I can't find a breakdown of VDD_HIGH_IN current draw - presumably it is dominated by peripherals?

Hi chris

IMX6ULLCEC specifies maximum VDD_HIGH_IN, which depends on process

and temperature variations and use case. Sect.3.1. VDD_HIGH_CAP power AN5345

describes which circuits are powered by VDD_HIGH.

Thank Igor. Is any information available about which use cases/conditions can lead to VDD_HIGH_IN current approaching 125mA? I'm designing a low power system and whether I need to spec a 30mA supply for VDD_HIGH_IN or a 125mA supply makes a significant difference.

Hi chris

I am afraid no more data is available, sorry

Best regards

OK. I guess I'll have to measure it. Thanks for replying.
