Hi Rojay

probably you used wrong (for other processor) tool or images,

please check that you are using correct tool:

IMX_6DL_6S_MFG_TOOL : Tool and documentation for downloading OS images to the i.MX 6DualLite and i.MX6Solo.

IMX_6DQ_MFG_TOOL : Tool and documentation for downloading OS images to the i.MX 6Quad and i.MX6Dual.

are you using default images or generated yourself,

also what is board marking (revision, number) ?

Best regards

igor
