The lowest frequence of i.MX8M Mini in high temperature

Hi,

      We take the i.MX8M Mini (MIMX8MM6DVTLZAA, commercial level) to run in full speed (1.8GHz), while the environment is 35℃ constantly.  When the i.MX8M Mini chip temperature is high than 95℃ (read register), the chip will power down, and then the frequency is 1.2GHz which I know is the lowest value.

      My question: what is the lowest frequence of i.MX8M Mini can be set in high temperature? 

      We need the i.MX8M Mini to slow down to drop down the temperature, rather than power down.

from hardware point of view there is no limitation. From software, one can look at imx8mm.dtsi,
