PF3000 PMIC 5V powered

Hi, I want to use a pf3000 pmic on my imx6ul design. It will not be battery backed up. V supply will be 5V, so that means I will be using the VPWR input pin. In all reference designs I have come across, the VIN pin (<4.5V) is also used, and a FET is used to switch between inputs. I presume I can leave this FET out?

Also I notice on reference designs, the SW and LDO regs are tied to the <4.5V source. Are the inputs to these regulators not connected to the VIN/VPWR pin already?

Thanks

Patrick

Hi Patrick

for 5V fet should be used according to Table 2. Pin definitions, also
VLDO inputs are not connected to VIN/VPWR by default
