Hello,
I would like to be able to change the master key on my i.mx6 microprocessor.
In the IMX6DQ6SDLSRM document, it seems possible to choose between OTPMK and ZMK (or a combination of both) as master key.
1) Is there a way to know if the OTPMK key has already been fused?
2) Is it possible to fuse the OTPMK key if it has never been fused before?
3) If the OTPMK key is already fused, I would consider using the ZMK key as the master key.
Is it possible to modify the ZMK and how?
4) Are there any constraints regarding the use of the ZMK key compared to the OTPMK key?
Hello,
A1. No
A2. Yes,
A3. No sorry.
A4. please check https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors/Using-ZMK-for-blobs/td-p/916548
Sorry, but the information you are requesting is treated as confidential info at this time and requires a signed NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Naturally, we cannot discuss this with you in public anyway, this requires to be handled.

Hello @Bio_TICFSL
Thanks for your feedback.
I know that the BKEK key derives from the master key.
For the same master key content, will the BKEK key be the same regardless of the chip?
