We are designing a hardware platform using MIMX8MQ6CVAHZAB processor. 

Can you please share a Power Consumption sheet, GPIO mapping sheet, Thermal Data and IBIS Model of the processor for our reference.

One can find the GPIO mapping page at the end of the schematic of the i.MX 8M Evaluation Kit (EVKB).

Alternatively, one can also find the pin muxing file for the i.MX 8M EVK in the Config Tools for i.MX Applications Processors.

• Thermal Data

No such specific information is available. The only available data is for internal TMU.
