Could you please let us know if there are any JTAG scripts to program SPI Flash for IMX6 Solo processor.

I am not aware of such scripts, one can try to implement them

using attached Linux Guide sect.4.4.1.3 Flashing U-Boot on SPI-NOR

from U-Boot.
