Imx8qm use MIPI_DSI0_GPIO0_00 as a pwm out pin

Hi，

 1.  How can I use MIPI_DSI0_GPIO0_00 as a pwm out pin? it seems not implement at imx8qm platform as what LVDS0_GPIO00 does.

2. MIPI DSI only has one clock source ,IMX8QM_MIPI0_PWM0_CLK, how can I implemet device tree as mipi_pwm as lvds0_pwm do.
