Can anyone tell me how much external QSPI flash the IMXRT102x series processors support? I'm having a hard time finding anything in the datasheet or reference manual.

The size of the flash will depend on the FlexSPI space reserved on the memory map, you can consult it on Chapter 3 from the RM.
