Is there possible to combine two differential OTA into single Differential OTA.

If it possible let me provide the steps.

Please refer to Android User's Guide, sect. 7.1.3 Building an incremental update package.
In the first step, you can generate the incremental update package from the first two packages and get the resultant package.
Then do the same process with other packages with the resultant package and generate the final update package.
