IMX8MQ: compatible LPDDR4 devices?

Hello,

I'm running into trouble finding Micron memory for an IMX8MQ design. I have used the same part ( MT53E768M32D4DT-053 WT:E ) which is on the IMX8MQ EVK board but this isn't available anywhere. The same goes for any LPDDR device from Micron with a similar capacity (2GB to 4GB; I don't care right now). Are there any alternatives out there which are available?
