   Can I.Mx 233  boot from 4k page size Nand ( 4096 + 224 bytes).

yes it can in theory, though seems this was not tested.

However NAND ecc requirement should be <= 20 bit (max. BCH value).

Hi igor,

   I have set CHIP_BCB_SECTOR_STRIDE to 128 , CHIP_BCB_BLOCK_LIMIT to 4 and ecc to 4 , The NCB , LDLB and DBBT information are correctly written to Nand. But If I boot through Nand following error thrown by ROM code 0x80508003 Unable to find LDLB.
