How to disable the usb0 of imx28 enter DC suspend mode

The usb0 of imx28 is work in usb devie mode.But sometime,the otg controller will enter DC suspend mode(HW_USBCTRL_USBSTS.SLC is 1).How to disable the usb0 enter this mode?

according to usb 2.0 specification sect.7.1.7.6 Suspending

"All devices must support the Suspend state."

so seems this is not possible.
