GPIO daughterboard for SABRE Lite

Is a GPIO daughterboard available for the SABRE Lite / BD-SL-i.MX6? I mainly want it to add a power switch but if I could add SPDIF in/out that would be nice too.

If such a thing exists, would anyone know a vendor that sells them that would ship to the UK?
