Does the i.MX6Dual/Quad support single-channel x64 LPDDR2?

I'd like to use a single-channel x64 LPDDR2 with an i.MX6QuadPlus. Is this possible?

Sorry, only 32-bit LPDDR2 support on i.MX6QuadPlus.
