Difficulties installing .img files on Android 12 Tablet

My work involves using various AI methods to process medical images. I have been using Khadas and Google Edge TPUs, and in search of faster training of AI models, I decided to try using an i.MX 8M Plus – Arm® Cortex®-A53 board controlled from a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ tablet running Android v.12.

From the NXP site* I have downloaded: android-12.0.0_1.0.0_image_8mpevk.tar.gz (the files in the extracted directory are listed below). From what I have read, I knew that I needed to install one or more .img files but I have not been able to find instructions about how to proceed; namely, I am not clear about which .img I need to install and how to install or flash the required files. I would greatly appreciate advice about which files I need to install and the method for installing the files.

With my appreciation and thanks for any help,

Justin S

The extracted folder contains:
