Hello,
We are having problems with CS4350, alsa insists that there are "no soundcards detected" however it is using the i2c ports when we do i2cdetect. Is there anyone with CS4350 experience that can advise us what we might be doing wrong?

Mete

Hi Atilla,
these are the only drivers provided in the i.MX6 Linux image.
<build_dir>/tmp/work/cortexa9hf-vfp-neon-poky-linux-gnueabi/linux-libc-headers/3.14-r0/linux-3.14/sound/pci/oxygen/cs4362a.h
<build_dir>/tmp/work/cortexa9hf-vfp-neon-poky-linux-gnueabi/linux-libc-headers/3.14-r0/linux-3.14/sound/pci/oxygen/cs4398.h
<build_dir>/tmp/work/cortexa9hf-vfp-neon-poky-linux-gnueabi/linux-libc-headers/3.14-r0/linux-3.14/sound/pci/oxygen/xonar_cs43xx.c
If these drivers are not helpful you may contact the manufacturer of the device to ask for a Linux driver which you may add to the I.MX6 image.
Regards,
Carlos
