Burning fuses

Hi,

what is a simplest and easiest way to burn fuses on Windows to the following configuration - "boot from fuses with external QSPI flash". Is any sample code/reference there (including burning application)?

How can I burn fuses using your tool without connect to flashloader first (there are no SW6 related GPIOs on custom board)? Is it possible?
