About maximum density of NAND Flash for GPMI of i.MX6Solo

We want to connect NAND Flash to GPMI of i.MX6Solo.
We want to know the maximum density that can connect with one CS.

from i.MX6 hardware point of view there is no limitation

on maximum density.
