4GB LPDDR4 RAM configurations for imx8m mini

Hello,

We designed a custom imx8m mini device and used 4GB LPDDR4 RAM.

Micron MT53D1024M32D4DT-053 AIT:D (1Gb x 32)

How can I use 4GB LPDDR4 RAM as it should be?
Can you share an RPA file for 4GB LPDDR4?
What should I change in U-boot?
Can you share with me if there is Kernel Patch for U-Boot?

For the U-boot changes that you need to do this depends on the configuration that you do, in the DDR tool guide you can check how to build a custom U-boot.
