Re-reading the partition table ...

sfdisk: If you created or changed a DOS partition, /dev/foo7, say, then use dd(1)
to zero the first 512 bytes: dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/foo7 bs=512 count=1
(See fdisk(8).)

From your above information, I see that your SD card is work , but in the log I see the partition is on emmc.

mmc1: new high speed DDR MMC card at address 0001

Could you send us your board schematic to check the boot up set?  Here the class card work well, how do you realized?
