Some questions on BeyondStudio

I am a freshman and have Importing problems.

From No Rule to Make Target error  , I know a way to solve the problem.

However, There is no detailed explanation in the instructions of the BeyondStudio User Guide (JN-UG-3098).

I am not sure  whether the following screenshot of the operationit is correct or wrong.  

Moreover, where can I learn relevant operational knowledge?
