I am interested in integrating the Zigbee and Thread into my Gateway product. I would like to know if the stack support i2c interface with the host?

Hello, 

What do you mean by the interface with I2C?  You can add the I2C functionality either with the serial manager or the driver directly.

But also, it will depend on your application.
