Hello, I downloaded the official app's tagwriter on my iPhone to write text information to the chip NT3H2111, but it prompted "Tag is not NDEF compliant". Why is it that switching the chip to NT3H1011 allows for writing

Thank you very much for your interest in our products.

Depending on the previous configuration that the tag has, it can or cannot be written with an NDEF. In case you are trying to save an NDEF message, you can do so by entering the TagWritter App. In the main menu, please click on the Erase option (down left button), the second option; Erase, and format to NDEF.

I hope this information may have been useful.

Best Regards,
Fabian

Thank you for your reply. I downloaded TagWriter from the Apple Store and clicked on the 'foramt' button in the bottom right corner, but kept prompting 'currntly ntag 21X and ultra light cards can be NDEF formatted'. Unable to format NT3H2111 to NDEF.
