NCJ29D5 SPI communication with abnormal waveform on SDI signal

Dear NXP developers:

There is a project using NCJ29D5, and during the testing process, it was found that the SDI waveform in the SPI interface communicating with the MCU was abnormal. As the input of SPI, SDI detected (and read registers) in an pull-up state, which caused anomalies in the SPI waveform, as shown in the attached figure. We would like to know:
1) As an SPI communication, should SDI be pulled up?
2) If SDI is pulled up, will this waveform affect normal SPI communication?
