Is 88W8977/IW416 drive code for RTOS is the same?

The wireless module we previously used was AW-AM281SM of Azurewave using SoC 88W8977。Now, we intend to use AW-AM510 using SoC IW416.

Our MCU model is RT1052.

My question is whether the code for both is the same? If not, What we need to do?

You can also check in doc "UM11441-Getting-Started-with-NXP-based-Wireless-Modules-and-i.MX-RT-Platform-Running-on-RTOS.pdf" (included in MCUXpresso SDK which wireless products are supported).

I don't know which MCUXpresso SDK version you are currently using with AW-AM281SM (88W8977) but yes version 2.11 and 2.12 are supporting both.
Nevertheless, we strongly recommend to use the latest version 2.13 which is including many improvements. Note that, in this version, 88W8977 is deprecated from test infrastructure which means that from version 2.13 no test are performed anymore with 8977 since is old now.
