Propertly, we do not provide an example with AT Command.
A JN51xx Flash programmer utility is supplied in the toolchains. In addition, a separate command-line JN51xx Flash programmer utility (JN-SW-4107) is available.
You can take a look to the Example Commands, as:
-Load Binary File into Flash Memory
-Erase Complete Contents of EEPROM
-Load Binary File, Verify Write and Erase EEPROM
