How to achieve 7816-4 APDU

MIFARE DESFire EV1 supports the APDU message structure according to ISO/IEC
7816-4 for an optional wrapping of the native MIFARE DESFire EV1 APDU format and for the
additionally implemented 7816-4 commands from a practical point of view.
