This morning, a support ticket was created by one of your colleagues regarding my inability to access the Automotive Software Package Manager.
I believe there is a problem with my NXP account because, for example, I am unable to send a message to add software or even access my support tickets for my issue with the Automotive Software Package Manager.
Moreover, even the support ticket page doesn’t work (neither the cases nor the projects).
Can you check if there is a problem with my account?
