Hi,

I'm using the sensor to make an invasive pressure detection system.I want to know how can I test its capability before implantation?How can I protect the front side die and wire from water?

Hi Wilson,

The MPXC2011DT1 is a disposable pressure sensor designed for medical applications and has only been tested with medical saline solution for no longer than 24 hours.

This pressure sensor is very fragile because the die and the wire-bonds are exposed in the front part of the device, so extra careful must be taken with this kind of pressure sensors.

Due to the small size of this pressure sensor is not easy to connect this device, typically customers who buy this kind of pressure sensors create their own case for this sensor.
