The EdgeLock SE050 Plug & Trust middleware comes with pre-built support for many NXP MCU / MPU boards. However, you can also leverage SE050 Plug & Trust middleware if you are using any other MCU / MPU board.
From an HW perspective, you can use the OM-SE050ARD evaluation board to connect your board via the Arduino connectors or the external I2C connector.
From an SW perspective, The EdgeLock SE050 Plug & Trust middleware has been designed to facilitate portability to multiple platforms and OS. For more information about how to port the middleware, you can refer to AN12448 SE050 Plug & Trust middleware porting guidelines.
