Hi,

SM4.FLASH.PGM_ERS_CONTENT is an application dependent safety mechanism, here is what to perform (quoted from SM):

"The application software needs to check the contents
of the flash memory after performing flash-memory
programming operations to detect faults in the flash.
This test should be performed after every program
operation or after a series of program operations to
the flash memory.
For doing this, the result of programmed/erased
operation can be based on a read-back scheme, where
the written word is read back and compared with the
intended value.
Alternatively, the safety relevant data can be saved with
a CRC to validate them. The built-in hardware CRC
module can be used for this purpose. [810135]".

Implementation or whether a DMA to be used are customer decisions
