To implement this SM is there any configuration needed in software?

Is the below measure in software (Data pattern write and read to a known location)need to be implemented ?

Hi Manish,

if the DDR is used for Safety related application yes, the following assumption of Use is expected to detect failure.

The list of AoU that needs to be implement is describe in the Safety Manual attachemnt. For each of them you can implement it using the recommendation or decide to do differently base on your use case and perform your own impact analysis
