The failure mode distributions are actually mentioned the failure modes column. The failuremmo

Stuck-at for data and addresses and control interface, lines and logic (70%)

Stuck-at open for data and addresses and control interface, lines and logic (5%)

Open or hugh impedance for data and address and control interface, lines and logic (20%)

Short circuit between data and address and control intrefaces, lines and logic (5%)

However, the FMEDA considers the coverage of the safety mechanism over the raw dangerous failure rate of the component itself instead of the dangerous failure rate corresponding to individual failure modes to get the λ_SPF+λ_RF.

This is because the same safety mechanism and DC coverage is considered for all failure modes.
