Simulate a code without HW-S32DS for Platforms

How do I simulate a code using S32DS for Platforms? I need to use S32K118, but the hardware is not available yet. So I want to check how I can simulate the code. Is it possible? If so, what do I need to do? Could you please advise the steps for this?
