We use S32K3xx platform and would like to know does RTD (Real-Time Drivers) could support SecOC for CAN and MacSec for Ethernet ? Or need to license AutoSar to support on it ?

Unfortunately, these features are not implemented in the S32K3 RTD 1.0.0. We are not sure whether these are implemented in next release.
