  1. What is the processor overhead for the Safety Framework ?
  2. What is the overhead for the CCST?   The CCST performs runtime checks, correct?
  3. Just want to verify that the ECC goes through the Xbar switch fabric also?
  4. What does the Crossbar Integrity Checker XBIC do?

Thank you.

1) Where can I access the profiling report which is part of SAF quality package to look up the timing information for each function?

3/4) Does the XBIC also correct for a single-bit ECC error?

1- The profiling reports xxx_ProfileReport.xlsx (e.g. S32K3XX_SAF_SCHECK_ProfileReport.xlsx) are available for each module inside the SAF QualityPack which is downloadable together with the SAF full release, or together with the SAF_EVAL release

3/4 - XBIC performs only detection, no correction

SAF timing information for each function is documented in profiling report which is part of SAF quality package. Besides that there is also information about worst case execution time in the sCheck User Manual.

The timing information for each SCST test is provided in SCST user manual (available in the install package). For ASIL-B usecase the SCST is executed during the runtime.

The XBIC functionality is described in the HW reference manual:
