The first question is: which pins of S32K146 microcontroller support external interrupt function. The second question is: are there clamp diodes on the internal pins of S32K146 microcontroller, and if so, which pins are there?

The PORT pins support external interrupt and have always ESD clamping diodes.
Note: refer 'IO Signal Table' tab of IO Signal Description Input Multiplexing sheet attached to the Reference Manual.
