S32K144 PDB Question

Hello engineers, I want to use PDB0 to collect channels 2 and 3 of ADC0. The collection cycle is 500us. Channels 4 and 5 of ADC0 do not configure PDB0 collection. Can I use the traditional AD query mode to start and query in the main program cycle? Does this method cause interference to AD channel acquisition of non PDB configuration because PDB sampling is too fast?

Hi@1069466534

If customers use the S32 DS configuration tool, they can only choose one way to trigger ADC sampling at the same time, that is, hardware or software on one instance.so it is recommended that you use PDB to trigger all the ADC channels you're using.

think you;

Sorry, I have another question to ask, that is, when the time set in the PDB MOD register is 1ms, when 1ms arrives, the PDB interrupt is triggered and the AD conversion result is queried. The total time required for all channel conversions set in PDB0 is 300us. With the Back to Back mode enabled on my side, is the remaining 700us for AD conversion again?

Hi,1069466534

No, the remaining 700us will not be used for AD conversion.
