PMIC or SBC for S32k312

hello team

we are using S32K312 uc 100 pin package. can please suggest the suitable PMIC or SBC ic for this uC.

i found one SBC in your website i.e MFS2632. but MFS2632 having 48 pin package and more no of LDO and regulators are not used and it consumes more current and power. actual we required only 5V input supply so kindly suggest smaller package and less output voltage regulators or LDOs PMIC or SBC for S32K312.

our requirements:

1. 5V output LDO

2. watch dog timer

3. Fail state safe mechanize

4.voltage monitoring

5. suitable for ASIL-B

we planning to use FS2400 SBC for S32K312 uC. can you please conform is this SBC compatible or not for uC?

What about safety pins from uc i.e FCCU pins. How to connect those pins

I double checked FS24 doesn't have FCCU funciton,FS26 has this FCCU function.

Yes, we are using S32k312 it having FCCU function  can you tell me how to connect these pins to FS24

Again FS24 doesn't have FCCU function so you can't connect them to SBC side.
