FIT rate / FMEA for FS32K144HAT0MLLT

Hi,

I need the help in order request the FMAs (Failure Mode Analysis) of  ICs FS32K144HAT0MLLT , MC33FS4508NAE and FIT Rates of each device

Could you provide the FIT Rates and failure modes covered in a document that include the pin-by-pin failure scenarios for each component.

By the way, is there only FIT rate document you provided ? Does NXP have any pin level DFMEA document like below format for FS32K144HAT0MLLT? (For example, Pin 1 is open, the failure mode is?  Pin 1 short to GND, the failure mode is ?  Pin 1 short to pin 2, the failure mode is ? )

According to the access rights I have, I do not find any pin-level DFMEA document. I suggest you get in contact with your NXP representative for further support in this part.
