Hello,

when using Boundary scan on S32K144, is there any signal required on one of the 4 JTAG pins to enable Boundary Scan mode?
e.g. is it required to pull one of the four signals high or low during (or after) RESET to enable the interface?
or is the default state of the pins (using internal pulls) ok for using boundary scan?

Thanks,
Josef

Hi Josef,

the debug port comes out of reset in standard JTAG mode which is used for boundary scan, so no special configuration is needed. Default configuration of the pins is ok.

Lukas
