LWIP on MPC5748G not working on DevKit

Hi:

I'm trying to bring up TCPIP stack in S32 SDK(3.0.3) on MPC5748G Devkit.  I have a simple echo server using the stack.  the client side on another host has issue to connected to the simple service on the Devkit.  Also, I use "ping" to ping on the Devkit.  The result is all failed.  Currently, ENET and pin setting are on RMII mode.  The clock setting seems to correctly.  What else do I miss in here???
